Home at the Beach - Exterior Remodel
Everybody’s beach home deserves a little love. This beautiful residence, in the quaint beach town of Cayucos, California was long overdue for a modern makeover designed to withstand the heavy winds and salty air that visit our coastline. The original vertical wood siding was replaced with horizontal hardie board slabs. Custom recessed lighting tucks under each overhang for an elegant and rich look when the sun goes down. The original second story deck was demolished and replaced with an extended version, finished with glass block trim. New double pane windows, interior lighting, complete interior paint and more were installed in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. And of course, new exterior paint, doors, and a custom concrete entry make for the finishing touches.
